		<description>Are you referring to removing the ball head from the tripod? If so, flip the tripod over and you&#039;ll probably see a few screws. Loosen those ( you don&#039;t have to remove them completely). 

Now, lock the ball head using the large flat knob that keeps it from turning. Now turn the whole ball head counterclockwise. The head will come off. If you don&#039;t lock the ball head first, it will just spin around and you&#039;ll get nowhere.

If there are no screws, it&#039;s probably just a matter of locking the head and twisting it as mention above.
