What Is The Best Tripod For Both A Canon Mv901 Video Camera And A Canon Eos 450d Dslr?
ByI need to get a tripod for both of the above Canon products but all the budget ones I’ve found don’t have the capability to “pan” effectively. I’m looking to buy a tripod that will last but I can’t afford too much money either.
A UK based store would be preferable

Here are a couple of tripods. Bubble levels are important and make sure it can support the full weight of the camera and the lens

I use the same tripod, just different heads. A fluid head for my video camera and a three-way for my still camera.

When I bought mine, it was just around $350. The tripod and three-way head cost me another $350.
Tiltall makes an excellent still camera tripod with three-way head for right around $100, but you will still have to look for a video head.
